The Human Resources department at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO needed to differentiate the hospital. The goal of the commercial was to highlight the benefits of working for Liberty Hospital compared to working for one of the many other healthcare organizations that had open nursing positions.

Red Crow Marketing filmed this commercial on-site using real Liberty Hospital nurses doctors, and patients. The script highlighted unique aspects the hospital offers to nurses such as advanced technology and doctors and staff who work as a team. Throughout the course of the 3-month campaign, Liberty Hospital had over 1000 applications and filled 22 open positions.
