Gold Mountain Communications is a call center in Springfield, MO. The company needed to recruit new employees and they wanted to develop a campaign using commercials. The objective for this campaign was to use creativity and humor to generate interest in their job opportunities.

Red Crow Marketing developed “The Gold Mountain Man” character for a series of commercials called “What R U Doing?” The campaign used humor to grab the audience’s attention and create interest in the company. In this video, there is a waitress who has a needy table and looks defeated and worn out from her job.
