CLIENT NEED OR OBJECTIVE:

Gold Mountain Communications needed to recruit more employees to work in their call center in Springfield, MO. The company faced intense competition as many companies were looking to hire for similar entry-level positions. To separate themselves, Gold Mountain wanted to inform potential employees of their $13 per hour starting wage which was more than their competitors.

DESCRIPTION OF DELIVERABLE:

Red Crow Marketing developed a 30 second commercial to tell a story about a young woman treating herself to a new car and clothing now that she is working at Gold Mountain Communications. Before working at Gold Mountain, she could only window shop for the things she wanted. The video demonstrates the higher starting wage compared to competitors and is easy for many people to relate to.
