Competitors in the area were also on the hunt for employees so Wyndham needed to promote the position and recruit new employees. They wanted print materials to use to promote job fairs and highlight the benefits of working at Wyndham.

Red Crow Marketing designed several ads with different messages. One ad promoted the company’s job fairs including the dates, times, and locations. Another ad focused on the employee benefits with the headline “That’s why I work at Wyndham!” All ads matched the company’s style guide to create a cohesive brand image.
