Gold Mountain Communications is a call center located in Springfield, MO. The 2020 pandemic caused Gold Mountain to rethink their sales process and strategy. They needed a video to inform potential clients about their business and what makes them unique. The goal was to demonstrate the adaptability, scalability, culture, and capability of their call center.

Red Crow Marketing produced a long-form video that introduces the key leadership team and shows the inside of the call center. The video includes voiceover, multiple shots from throughout the call center, and off-site footage. The filming was done over multiple days using several different types of cameras.
