Erin Goodman joined Red Crow Marketing in 2014 and serves at the media director and video production manager. In this role, Erin has produced several award-winning advertising campaigns and TV commercials. Erin is a graduate of Missouri State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. In her spare time, Erin enjoys walking her dog, Athena, spending time with family, and reading.

After only one year, it was clear that Red Crow Marketing was growing at a pace that required excellence in office management to balance Ron's creativity. Patty joined the company in January 2005 and brought with her decades of human resource experience as well as accounting and invoicing expertise. She oversees payroll and benefits for all full-time and contract employees and is a member of the board of directors for the Missouri Association of Manufacturers' health care consortium. In her free time, Patty enjoys being with the couple's two daughters and three grandchildren who all live in the Ozarks. You might get to meet Piper and Chance, the four-legged furballs who occasionally spend the day at the office. Her hobbies include sewing, baking, and just about anything that expresses her creativity.
