Talent Submission

By submission of this form, I do hereby give Red Crow Marketing Inc., its assignees, subcontractors licensees, purchasers, agencies, broadcast media and periodicals, the irrevocable right to use photographs, film, audio and/or video of me for reproduction in any medium including but not limited to print, broadcast and electronic for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use.

I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with my image or the use to which it may be applied.

I further release Red Crow Marketing Inc. or others for whom he/she/they is/are acting, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images.

I acknowledge the photography, filming and/or recording session was conducted in a completely proper and professional manner, and this release was willingly signed. I affirm I am more than 18 years of age. I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
